Rotary motor not same

excuse me, there were a little want me to ask. I use multiwii Crius se when I did a test on my GUI find on display, that I am not the same motor rotation. when thortle the low position four motor rotates at first but when I Rev throtle there is a difference in the motor.saat throtle located at 1500 there are two motors rotating at 1500 and 1300. No spinning on how to equalize the fourth round of the motor?
