Yes. Works well with Cleanflight. No experience on multiwii with it (as my MW boards have enough usarts to run a spek sat).

If it can deliver PPM to MWii it should work.

Yes, works well with MW. Go to the Warp Quad web site and check the "How To'" for detailed info on using a lemon sat with MW.

was wondering more about the quality of the receiver.
Got 2 Stormrc receivers and the quality of those are not god but they are cheap. I don't think the Lemonrx receiver is so cheap that I want to test if someone already have.

They have worked very well for lots of people (check the Warp Quad thread in RCGroups forum).
There have been a few go bad but no more than any other RX.
