Mounting GWS EP props

Post by demands »

I happen to have som GWS EP props I'd like to try...
I have both 1047 and 8040 (though mine are black):

They have a drilled 3mm hole, and I want them mounted on 3mm motor shafts...
Can someone Please tell me how to make this happen??
Can't seem to find any (normal) way of mounting them...

If it's not possible to use them, I'd like tip on equivalent props that fits onto 3mm shafts (and what to use/how to mount).
Preferably from HK...

You can probably go with a prop adapter with rubber bands like this one:

I just use a washer and a nylock nut to hold them down

There's two way, with a prop saver and with a prop adapter.

In this item, you get both, they are for the KEDA motors.

The blue part with the O-Ring is the prop saver.
The biggest chrome part with the nut is the prop adapter.

You can use a T-Reamer to enlarge the hole in the prop.
