Servo control for manual camera pitch control

Hello everyone. I am quite new to Multiwii, so please bear with me.

I got a Crius MW SE board with a servo for camera pitch connected to the proper connector on board. On my radio I got a potentiometer mapped to a channel and that channel connected to AUX1 on the FC. In MWconf I can see working, when I turn the potentiometer the AUX1 value received by the FC goes from 1000 (at lowest) through 1500 (at middle setting of potentiometer) to 1950 (at maximum). I want the camera pitch servo to alter from -45° (at 1000) through 0° (at 1500) to +45° (at 1950). How would I go about doing this? Can this be configured from MWconf, or do I have to recompile MultiWii?
