Hi,
I ordered a Turnigy 9x today and wanted to know something.
I use a T6A right now and converted the POT to 3 pos switches which works really great.
I have Aux1 and Aux2 on switches now.
I wanted to have the same on the t9x but noticed, that it only has one 3 pos switch and 3 POT.
Is it possible to convert the POT in the same way and bind them to Aux 1 to 4?
I want to replace 2 POT or two of the old switches with a 3 pos switch.
The T6a is a pretty dumb Radio so the task of assigning the switches to a channels is a piece of cake.
But how is it with the 9x!?
Is this even possible?
Thank you
Nils

Hi,
I just got my T9X today
Look for er9X or open9x firmware. You just need to add an ISP connector to get the firmware upgraded and nearly every kind of mixing is possible.

Re: Turnigy 9X and Aux switches
Hi,
I would like to try with stock software first, do not want to destroy the tx right away.
I have this layout on my t6a right now
First Way of doing it would be by replacing two POT with a 3 pos switch.
I thought of the following for Aux1:
Two 2 pos Switches:
Result is armed with sw1 and hover with switch 2 on one Aux channel.
Is this possible and how?
Nils

Hi,
I really tried to go trough the mixer setup, but the manual I have is a piece of bull****:
Can´t get the point here...and there are more sentences like this. There should be support for a switchable offset (range +-100%) to aux, but I just get a headache when I try to read/follow the docs. Also I can´t find the 3-way switch as a source for the AUX-Config. I´ll stop here and go for open9x, sorry.

Re: Turnigy 9X and Aux switches
dont bother with the stock software, flash it with ER9x and you will never look back!
Re: Turnigy 9X and Aux switches
My first thought was to use the 9X with the stock software, but after 15 minutes of struggling with the menu I decided to flash with ER.
As said before once done you never look back.
With ER9X almost everything is possible.
I saw a speaking 9X, very interesting.
