Big frame support

Hi!
I'm searching for a FC with an alt-hold, but without GPS and MultiWii seems to be quite enough for my needs. However my quad is quite big (50cm prop axis-to-prop axis) and heavy (~1.5kg with battery). Will MultiWii handle such copter correctly?
