frame geometry is not important. What counts is where motors are located.

Oh my drawning don't work here.
I can ask in another way. What setup can be used for a frame like the QAV 500 ?

looks like a product name. So what does the producer/vendor say to your question?

I have not asked.
Some use Naza and others use CC3D, so I wonder if I can use MultiWii like I do on my Quad+ ?

looks like average quad in x-config to me. Maybe not exactly 90 degrees all around, but give it a try and you shall find out.

Hi guys,
Hamburger, I think , like you, that the frame design doesn't matter at all in that configuration, because you have 4 motros so it's by definition a "quad".
What's important is if the flight controller board is perfectly in the center of the circle made by the 4 motors, so if you place the FC at this point exactly, configure a quad X and it'll work like a charm
