sensorless board

Post by tovrin »

I am looking for a board without any sensors that will be ready to add my GY-86 and mount to my bird. my paris2.0 board is destroying every arduino pro mini i plug into it as soon as i connect my li-po.

the problem i am having is that the boards i find all have a gyro and acc already built in, the GY-86 has a MPU-6050 (with built in gyro/acc as well as barometer and compass)
I want to use my baro/compass again.

I could probably buy a baro and compass cheaper then a new board, but i still need an extra board for my big bird, and i dont need the extra functionality for my acrobird.

suggestions anyone? Ive been looking through ebay, and even in the china department i cant find anything i am looking for. I'm considering asking witespyquad.com if they can build a version of their $18 flip board without the mpu6050 but im fairly sure they are just reselling it, and not building it themselves.

on a side note, if i wired my gy-86 into the flip board I2c ports, what would happen when both mpu-6050's booted up?
