I think it was implemented from BradWii project. Its a autotuning function for PID as far as i know, but i dont know if it works already.

Hi nicholas. Yes i think of a mag problem. The cause is i ran into similar troubles again and again, until i did the advanced mag calibration. My copter would fly away on GPS, or do some unpredictable spins in levelmode. There is one test for your MAG i forgot to mention. Connect your copter to GUI....

Hey,
try to place your wires away from mag. Shield your wires (f.e. take some networking cable, rip it and put your powerwires in the shield, connect the wire shield to gnd for additional filtering)
How did you calibrate mag?
