STM32F4DISCOVERY as future promini replacement candidate
Although dongs made an excellent and very affordable Naze32 board (with all the sensors already on it) a lot of guys have seperate IMUs with different sensor combos at home and would probably like to have their stuff in use also in 32-bits. Here's where STM32F4DISCOVERY could come into play. Regardi...

Patrik do you have a 9x with its original module + receiver (8ch or 6 ch) at home? If you have maybe you could test some routine to enable failsafe (rth), when rc signal to receiver is lost? Did you manage to get any improvement in altitude using just gps? Do you think it would be ok to use just gps...

Another thing how could we detect failsafe on this receiver so that multiwii could initiate some function like rth, when it detects failsafe.

Does the telemetry function include realtime showing position on the map?
I'd like to see some screenshot of that new map functionality if someone has some time to take them ..Is wingui also reverse compatible with the earlier serial protocols?
Regarding telemetry, is it compatible with openlrs?

+1 It would be cool if that new eosbandi pid style rth code would be integrated since everyone it seems is having good luck with it.
Although here it would be somewhat different since the plane cant be in one spot but has to circle around.

That idea for using the lcd instead of and osd is great...from some foam one could make a sunshade...but some new things would have to be coded dont know how difficult would be to add a home arrow which is quite essential...and a lot of other info would be useful.
