For me, as for now, the best connection method is through 3DR Radio. It is simple to connect as a Bluetooth and it has a lot of rage.

Thanks. I didn't think of GPS altitude Next time I'll pay attention to the GPS conditions in EZ GUI. Actually MW doesn't use the GPS altitude at all. If that is the case then there might be an error either in EZ GUI (which I doubt) or an error in the MS5611 Baro code! I had the same situation today...

Well, you can try increase crosstrack gain to .5 - .7 and also increase the waypoint radius to 200cm.... with a bigger crosstrack gain, it will try to keep the calculated track more aggressively. And with a greater wp radius it will consider the wp reached if it within that radius... May I ask what...
