Did you calibrate all esc's? And you must have sticks travel from 1000 to 2000 and midpoint must be at 1500 because on your picture you don't have mid sticks at 1500.

You're not missing anything - and gcc target is generally tested by others, so it should build and work. You have major problem with ACC. Did you calibrated ACC and your FC must be level when calibrating acc.

AFRO esc's have simonk firmware. So in config.h set mincommand to 1000 and minthrottle to 1064 and maxthrottle to 1950. Then calibrate all esc's with ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY function in config.h. uncomment #define ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY load sketch to FC. Then REMOVE PROPS!!!! Turn off Tx. Connect batter...

On the video I see that you have some oscilations going on...lower PID's and set MPU6050 - LPF_FILTER to 42Hz.

You're using 12x3.8 props on 1000kv motor? 10x4.5 is enough. My quad weigh 1275g. I'm using 1000kv motors and 3S battery. I have plenty of thrust.

Do not fly in angle mode but in plain acro instead. Set Tx sticks travel from 1005 to 1995. Then calibrate all esc's. But if quad flipped over then check motor so they turn in right direction, maybe props are wrong...or esc's are connected wrong on the fc.

If you can't arm with stick then you must extend stick throws. They must go from 1000 to 2000.

I have FW from 02 June 2014. And I my beep sound from ESC is changed...before they were beeping very fast for 3 cellbat and final beep. But now 3 beeps and then 1 second pause and then 4th last beep. I don't know what was changed.

I've tested the latest bf from 2.6.2014...but I use CPPM so don't know about PWM bug. But I know that GPS is working better then before. At least for me. My quad stayed in max 1m with PH and there was a little wind. So very good. Return to home works good like before.
