AP mode of altitude hold works very nice in Mahowik trunk(m). With a little tweaking, it could be a standard feature of MWC. Using Crius AIOP with MS6511 baro on Mega 2560, Altitude graph shows strange negatives values some times or even flat after a while :!:
Rolling back on previous MWC 1171 and everything works normal on the same controller.

I think that calibrating at startup 1G acceleration is a must for successful repeatable behavior of all functions using accelerometer.(temperature variations, fabrications marginal errors, even altitude and latitude does count) Please consider a non leveled surface at startup.

Can we just make an average of the acc values read at startup, when also giro is calibrated. And then define that average as 1g. G force differs from spot to spot, not much, but maybe enough to have signifficant drift in algorythm.
