Ok,
- what board are you using the Drotek with?
- have you made sure the drotek is mounted in the correct orientation
- do the sensors Gyro and Acc behave as expected in the GUI?
edit - you may also want to try giving it 5v

ok, if I DON'T have the navigtron board? Can I use that firmware flasher directly connected via serial to the GPS? Is the FW in that link for the 04 or 06 version of the hardware? Is it compatible with both? yes you can flash over serial - i think you still need to cross rx / tx run the MiniGPS too...

Too hot to touch is too hot. My motors/escs run very cool and are just warm after 15 mins of fast forward flight.

Yes you need to create an Acro model and use the wing flap mix.
I use Aux 1 as a 3 state switch using 2 physical switches and then aux 2 on a single switch.
I'll post the settings I use when I get home - but it is possible if you want to play.

Flash it, then use MiniGPS to set your parameters (GPS frames, update rate, WaaS) and save them to the GPS flash memory (on the Test tab, press shift+ctrl+S to get additional tabs in MiniGPS tool) yo have 8 slots to save... You can have either the diode getting 3.3v from the main power OR a coin cell. Otherwise power is pushed into a non-rechargeable battery, not good. yep that was what I thought. yeah my concern is how the vback is currently tied to the zenor regulator - I think I need to take that out and tie enable to 5v before putting the coin cell in the circuit. But I'm not certain.
