On 2.3 there is a patch available from Haydent that will enable the GPS time to be pulled through to the OSD. He was planning to make this available for 2.4, but its not done yet. This will run fine standalone...

Use 1.2 with the 1.2+ gui and just enable the bits you need and where you want using switches and layout editor.

It also makes a great groundstation OSD...

#1 output stage must be powered when programming fonts - n/a if using 5v like sounds you do
#2 programmer needs to be 5v - some are not - and some have the 5v/3.3v selector labelled wrong :)

Use mwii should be off

For same googlecode reason I had to move hosting of the pre-compiled downloads for MWOSD elsewhere.

Check your FTDI adapter is giving out +5v witha meter - don't rely upon what the screen print says !

@Gaijin - no idea other than check your jumpers and wiring is correct. i'd definitely check the OSD is correctly earthed.

I think the issue is the max chip needs a full 5v to operate, but the atmega starts working before the Max chip is ready. There is a default of 1 sec delay. Hi - in MWOSD, the MSP code for CELLS has changed - it is now 130. If you have existing multiwii code that used to work - need to update that MSP value.

Sorry, but unfortunately there was a clash with the new navi feature added for 2.4. Unfortunately they got the code officially first !

Worst thing of all is, I've set VBATTNOMINAL to 50.3V ( 15S LiFePO ) and the 11.6V value I got, should actually be 50.1V The whole MWii voltage monitoring seems to be limited to 3S? If you use volts from the flight controller (i.e. select use MWii), all calibration is on the controller and the scaling will not work.

It means as you are actively inputting yaw then therefore no heading hold is required...
