what do you think about the googlecode wiki system ? - you must manually granted each user - each changed file count as a svn revision - there is no front page - less "nice looking" than the average wiki the MediaWiki proposed by jessestr is perfectly ok ,but i prefer having the documenta...

Any tips to improve the altimeter.. It's really not solid at all.. It takes ages to correct the altitude. first : you will have to fine tune the pid for alt hold to work within -/+50cm , they have to match the weight/props/motor and all other factors that affect the effective hovering thrust of you...

hum ..

the ESC is sensing the motor rotation and is adjsuting the pulse accordingly
the MWI is not sensing the esc

What you see in the gui is the command sended to the esc . this is not the actual motor speed nor the ESC output.

Looking at your vid you have a cycle time of approx 3000 I'm sure you should be seeing a cycle time of 6000. that is for wmp + nunchuk .. ~3000 is normal for itg32xx+bma180 you have some aggressive pid .. please divide your P value with 2 , and start again Roll Pitch P -> 3 level P -> 7

when running at 8mhz the new serial protocol only seems to work at 57600bds ok , this is caused by either the serial interupt library not handling long serial burst correctly or having the serialCom not fast enough . solved by changing multiwiiconf to write char one by one the new serial work on 32...
