Config program doesn't run on my Windows 7 desktop.
Runs OK on old XP laptop and on new Windows 8 laptop....
But only shows a empty frame on the windows 7 desktop.

Re: MultiWiiConf GUI NOT WORKING?
After updating java, my multiwii config gui stopped working. I have re-installed java twice, both the 64 bit and 586 versions. I have confirmed that path to javaw.exe is valid for both. I'm running windows 7 the frame appears but no graphics... this is true for all versions of the multiwii config gu...

RCTimer CRIUS SE v2.5
Just received new CRIUS SE v2.5 board with MultiWii 2.2 pre-installed as Quad X. Everything looks good on the Config GUI. Checked props and motors directions...all OK. Quad will not lift off even at full throttle, but if I add Yaw stick it will lift off rotating in the yaw direction. Stays level whi...

Re: MultiWiiConf program not working
I have same problem. Cannot run config GUI on windows 7 PC or on new windows 8 lap top.
It will run only on my old XP machine... but used to run on windows 7 until I updated JAVA.
I've been told to create an XP partition on my harddrive but don't know how to do that and install xp.

Config GUI is blank without graphics
I had not used my Config GUI for some months. Today, I connected my quad and discovered that none of my Config GUI versions will function. Versions 1.9,2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 all come up with an empty frame with just the program name in upper left corner. I suspect JAVA, JAR file or some driver is no long...

Re: GPS integration
Update on my problem... I switched from #Define MTK to #Define NMEA and now it works... Now Config 2.1 GUI shows the GPS info with correct Altitude, Lat and Lon. The Navigatron blue led now blinks two flashes every second....And the Config GUI compass rose perimeter blinks.. I have kept note of all ...

Re: GPS integration
OK....
Sorry for not understanding......
I found them both over in the I2C_GPS_NAV software's config.h
And they are both correct.... so that's not the issue...

Navigatron
#define MTK
#define NMEA
these are located in the config.h that is part of I2C_GPS_NAV software....
not in the Multiwii V1.2 software.

Re: Navigatron & I2C_GPS_NAV
After carefully reading EOSBandi's pdf doc., I was able to upload "Blink" to the Navigatron and then crossing the RX/TX was able to use MiniGPS1.4 to set the update rate to 5 Hz. (it didn't have a 10Hz option).. Next, I moved all of extra files of I2C_GPS_NAV into one folder with that name...

Re: GPS integration
I have just loaded a Crius SE board with Multiwii ver. 2.1 and have connected a Navigatron I2C gps board. Multiwii config is showing strange GPS values that don't agree with the NMEA sentences that the Navigration has. At present the Navigatron is giving my proper NMEA Lat & Lon on its serial ou...

Re: Possible issue with LEVEL I implementation + fix?
THANK YOU Shikra!!!! STABLE MODE is no longer Unstable mode! After loading your level-lock version of 1.9, I was able to take off and fly in the Stable mode. I flew with your default PID settings... so it has potential of being even better when tuned to my homemade quad-x frame. This is the first ti...

Re: Help? FTDI power & ESC power
I recall seeing a post where the user test runs each motor while the FTDI is connected to the GUI. He did this to compare the vibrations seen on the Z axis accelerometer to find unbalanced motor. Sounded like a good test. However, I am concerned about having the control board powered by the FTDI and...
