Did you calibrate the ESC's?
Did you check motor direction spinning is correct?
Did you check the propellortype (blade) on left or right turning motors?

1. Motors connected to the wrong port (most common error).
2. Esc not calibrated correctly (how did you do this?).

Another way is to copy the Javaw.exe to the javapath directorie. You must have administrator rights todo this. Yes and to explain: I have a miniwii board and when i accidently turn the ftdi adapter 180 degrees i only have stable blue and green led. When connecting correctly the arduino starts-up with pulsating leds loading arduino-stuf. But now it seems you don't have this simple problem? uhm... Another poss...

I think you have to recalibrate this esc trottle range for proper values between 1000-2000.

uhmm... speed in cm/sec. Does this mean one can create in conjunction with other sensors (zero speed) non drifting multicopter? That would be great 8-)

Stabilisation is always on 2 axis (is 3D). The third axis is not stabilised because it is used for turning the camera in the horizontal plane (panning). If you have a spare channel and (mostly 360 degree) servo you wil have your third axis without using muliwii. ;)

I had a Vista laptop but i upgraded it to windows 7... Last thing you could try is the win7 64bit (32 bit) mode version.
Maybe i snatch someone's vista computer or arange something else ;).

For clarity reasons i did a litle name changing on the downloadpage.
So if you have trouble installing MWii-Prelude2, take the package version!
(just installed on a other computer without problems).
