Strange thing is (strange pixelation also happens with different I2C speed BTW!) that it does work fine when OLED is connected after FC has fully booted. Also tried this on my Flyduino MEGA and sure enough, same shizzle, different board So that leads me to suspect some kind of I2C initialization err...

My Xbee is now working properly on serial3 after fidling with the configuration via X-CTU a little bit more.
Have also activated LCD_TELEMETRY, not sure if this is necessary for Xbee (but would be necessary for my LCD :) )

Ok, so I got the Xbee's working on SER3 now with latest Dev version. OLED display only shows 'snow' when it's connected during power-on. Hi all, Can I use Xbee on Serial3? My Crius Extend Board has Serial1-3 (Serial1 has no break-out ). I don't have a need to reprogram via Xbee, only need reading telemetry. My ESC's don't do anything with this procedure, just go through start-up. Have lowered MINCOMMAND to 900 as per some suggestions, to no avail. Any suggestions? I've tried this on my testing platform (with and without modded ESC's), but I'll be flashing my octo's ESC's soon, so I'd like this to work!...

Do you have a buzzer on FC board? Maybe the magnet in that causes issues?
I assume you've checked all the solder points? Does anything change with FC connected or not?
Does the board actually get enough voltage (either via serial or directly from BEC)?

Last flick caused me to burn out an ESC (or so it seems, motor spins up, but stops under load).
