What GPS are you using and what serial speed?
Are compass and accelerometer calibrated correctly?

Hey What size is the Quad? It looks like 4-5 inch propps. Is the PID default? Have you done a PID tuning? Every new setup needs to be tuned. It looks to me the PID are off. P for ROLL and PITCH are to high. Set P to about 2.2 Do you have right settings in sketch? #define QUADX #define MINTHROTTLE 10...
