The 4 pin header is made so you can wire them to the multiwii ( you still need to unplug them when upgrading the multiwii or osd firmware. The 6 pin header is made for the FTDI adapter, it have the DTR pin wich is required to upgrade firmware I made this picture quickly, and i'll make it cleaner later

Its a problem, because voltage in my setup is pluged and processed by the OSD, not the mutlwii.
I will put the voltage on the Flight controller side, and share it via serial link..and try again

I'm integrating current estimation in the Rushduino OSD I was thinking that PowerMeterSum was representing a mAh estimation based on usage of motors and a coeficient calibrated after a flight ( consumed mAH, coef and estimated mAh ) But now, as i understand, its not that at all. the value go way too...

But, the software is explicit enough, PAL and NTSC are supported

OSD should display text on the screen, even without communication with the multiwii board. For shure, you will not be able to control anything with your radio that way, but thats not your main problem now. There is really nothing special between the atmega328P and the max7456, but the SPI pin !CS on...

Hamburger, I strongly agree with you, I absolutly need to take data from multiwii. I only need real time current ( in Amps ) estimation, and the rest is already coded, that way, in the OSD you will be able to choose if OSD take current from a current sensor or the multiwii...the rest is already done...
