What version of the OSD do you have? The jumper mod (5v) used to be recommended because of the power management problems. But those have been fixed and the analog side should be able to handle 12 volts. If it's getting hot, maybe you have an old version. ALSO, the analog side doesn't NEED 12 volts....

Felix, i have test the last release, there something wrong.

1) the servo is moving not coordinated with the horizon of the multicopter, it is as if the output command of the roll were sent to the servo of the roll and tilt.
2)the command of the gimbal tilt dosen't work.

Random but big jitter only in the tilt servo (test 50Hz and 300Hz, the same result), the roll it's ok! i have switch the servo wire and the problem not depend to servo, it's an output problem.

Do you have a buzzer on FC board? Maybe the magnet in that causes issues? I assume you've checked all the solder points? Does anything change with FC connected or not? I think the servo is not the problem, the strangeness is that the problem only presents when I connect it to the flyduino. Servo connect directly to receiver=no jitter
