You have to reassure all necessary files from multiwii are present in arduino IDE.

Under linux the MultiWiiConf shell script is by default installed as NOT EXECUTABLE.

You have to set EXECUTABLE in the properties of that file.

See screenshot (EXECUTABLE = Ausführbar in German)

We are talking about that board!?

You are connecting the board to your pc with an ftdi or cp2102 adapter?

Can you do a loopback test with that adapter, to see, that adapter, cable, usb port are working?

Remember to have your sensor board leveled when power is applied (GYRO calibration) and also do a ACC calibration.

The axes of your sensors must be aligned to the axis of your copter. And not with a deviation of 30° or 45°. Make small movements, you don't have to move the copter 45° or 90°. And only look at one sensor at a time. Try to find out, what is wrong. Make the adjustment in config.h and go to START agai...

Works here. What I did. Changed the baud rate of one of my modules to 9600. With FTDI module Used the sketch you see in picture. Both baud rates 9600!! Serial + BTSerial!! I think, that are your pins ....

Keep 10 and 11. You might have to change RX <> TX.

Sketch works fine on my UNO and MEGA.

Could try it with a BT module here, but all are on 115200 :)
