Re: MultiWii DEV 20120430

My QuadX on mpu6050 with lpf=42hz , default PIDS. It can fly very well on ACC mode, but like a soft wind, not a "super rock solid"!!

So, How to using no lowpassfilter from config setup!

Tried it today! Simply perfect FlyduinoMega with FreeIMU04.3, re-flashed HKF20A ESC'a, Spektrum Satellite receiver. 20A esc's, 1050KV motors, 10 x 4.5 props, 2200mAh 30C battery. (MPU6050 Lowpass set to 42Hz) On top of my quad, is a Sony CX110HD video camera with 0.38 wide angle lens, zoomed in, so...

Re: Bug in the code of the ADXL345

It's also make sense to change the default PIDs for novices because OLD-wii-mans already know which PIDs they are need - ROLL/PITCH 5.2-0.03-35 (or 6.0-0.03-40) it helps to get smooth and stable flight for most configs (tested!!!) - YAW 8.5-0.045 it much helps to keep yaw on hold even without MAG! ...

Re: Attemp to integrate sonar (ultrasonic sensor)

I use an Arduino ONE that has an output of 3.3V. I think the Arduino Pro Mini (5V version) also has an output of 3.3V that can be used instead of pin 12. If you do not have that output you will have to use a LM117 to pass the 5V to 3.3V, as illustrated in the diagrams. Hi Vallekano , Thanks for you...

Re: Attemp to integrate sonar (ultrasonic sensor)

I use D8 and D12 Thank you for getting the HC-SR04 working! I think I'm being a bit thick today, plus this is my first arduino project so I'm still learning. My question is, what pins are you using off the HC-SR04? I see a Vcc, Trig, Echo, and GND. How do those correspond to pins D8 and D12 on the ...

Re: Quadcopter flip forward by it self , ver 1.8/1.9

I've had this on my hex and finally worked out in my case it was down to the bluetooth module I had plugged into the serial port on my pro mini. With the copter on the ground and the props off I'd wiggle the bluetooth module and get the back two props on full power for a few seconds, then the pro m...
