if its shaking you likely have a vibration issue which can cause throttle issues and all kinds of performance issues, try eliminating all vibrations or enable a LPF on the sketch

if you can adjust the endpoints, do so, use the gui to see how far your sticks travel, if you can not adjust the endpoints enough, go into the sketch and change the values of MINCHECK and MAXCHECK to match what your TX is providing.

yup, i have a scar on my arm to prove it.
its only ever did it the once, but it was my big bird when it happened and it launched itself straight up and into my laptop bouncing off the screen (shattering it) glancing my arm and smashing into the wall, all within 2 seconds.

Kopinke and Scrat are right, be triply sure you remove those props, as there is a small possibility your motors will go full throttle when you do this.

I'm not sure i understand how you are connected, a diagram would be useful, or a picture. it sounds like you are not connected correctly, I am fairly certain my BT is connected via serial ports (same ones you would connect an LCD screen to). its the only BT i have used so i dont know for sure.

Re: Aux3 and 4 Do not work
then you either do not have them connected correctly, or your TX/RX is not compatible. its very easy to have your connections backwards by flipping the connector around. generally its signal/power/ground and if you have it flipped its ground/power/signal which will not work.

I am a lot confused by this, because I use a gy-86 in one FC and a MPU-6050 in another. Arduino is fully capable of reading them, with the MPU-6050 there is functionality that doesn't presently work as there has never been code written to control it, but its not critical to using the sensors.

Re: Motors not spinning until throttle at 40%
for starters, disabled enable motor_stop until you resolve all other issues, the motors in MW are designed to be spinning when armed so that you know its armed, and dont accidentally kill yourself. lets see what happens when you fix this! we can always re-enable it once everything is working properly.

Re: Wobble out of control
that looks indeed odd, my first thought would be to check for vibrations. use the gui and if you have bluetooth, watch it while in flight, or at least while idling and see if there is a vibration at different throttles. there is also a way to test individual motors now, but i havent used it yet.

you use the gui and assign tasks to the aux ports you want, for instance if you want to engage the barometer with aux 4 you would place a check in aux4 box for baro in the gui, and then save changes. you also have to obviously have aux 3 and 4 plugged into the FC board from your RX (and also obvious...
