Nvm guys, I think i had the alt hold pids way too low. Increased p from 0.7 to 8 and D from 7 to 30
Seems to help a lot with navigation altitude.

Ok, so its just a relative number to the baro reading at take off?
Nav alt seems a bit iffy to me, sometimes its off by 2-3meters after flying for 10min.
Edit. The auto land fuctions seems to work fine, but descending to waypoints is slow.
