I did get atmega 328p running gps a while back i used a home built serial to i2c convertor for the GPS to work... although the GPS was working i never got any gps functions to work... it did read the GPS and show position

some of the gps modules have a mag already in them i have a neo 6m i think it is, but this is on the i2c bus arduino pin a4 a5.. if thats any help, also you can disable the onbaord mag by using an alternative i2c address...

have you tried flashing the blink program in arduino to see if that blinks the led..?

. also do a eeprom clear sketch too.. first before you upload a new sketch....

my board only lasted a few weeks and it lost its 3.3v power only one of the regulator led lights came on.. i contacted hobbyking and promplty had a a refund...

i need to re upload a sketch later i will try and get a pin map and how big the sketch is too.... I havent tried the buzzer since getting camstab working....everything seems to work ok though... just to confirm the buzzer works fine on D8 output and is nice and loud but as soon as i enable servo tilt the buzzer starts shrieking anyone know why this is... it seems as though i can have a0 and a1 as servo tilt and still have a2 as led flashers this seems to work. but the buzzer is still shriek...

mine was working well until a few days ago and has now decided to not work.. can't really understand why.. it was getting a lock in about a minute or even less sometimes.. using custom serial to i2c board made with a pro mini arduino now it just sits there flashing slowly the blue led.. gutted... it...

version 1.8 latest stable firmware, looptime defaults to 0 after flashing is there a reason for this...?

naze 32 board... normal defualt is 3500..?

Naze 32 clean flight ... Are there older / previous versions of ezgui so I can go back one version ? Gone back to simonk firmware and taken one shot off, loop time back to 2500 and still got this problem.

since updating to the latest version this morning i no longer can alter pid values as i am getting the error tpa breakpoint wrong value.... i have altered my looptime to 1500 and enabled one shot last nite, but suspect there may be an issue somewhere.. i have tried altering my tpa breakpoint from 15...

Is current meter implemented on EZ-gui anywhere, i have the virtual current meter on naze32 just wondered, as i can't see it....?

Is it normal behaviour multiwii 2.3 for motors to start up high speed when quad is armed, and barometer is selected even when on the ground at zero throttle...?

just installed version 2.3 in my home built arduino pro mini 3.0 flight controller has gps on it, and various sensors.... i have had trouble with it on the past installing as it seems to big to install on atmega 328p processor. anyway seems to have gone ok, and all sensors behave as expected... also...

the ublox neo 6m unit i bought chinese cheap on on a pedestal has the mag included, think it was £12 also has backup battery and works well, i made a serial to i2c board to connect to my home built arduino atmega 328 flight controlller. same setup as you are running... mine only had one serial port ...

got one part of the serial to i2c convertor working i can pick up a 3d lock with my ublox neo 6... the convertor flashes single leds then after about 20 seconds a triple pulse so assuming that is the 3d lock just need to get the i2c part. sorted

back to the bench !!!!

There are special p328-based boards for this purpose. Google after I2C_GPS_NAV. But be warned: the forthcoming version of multiwii 2.4 will not support p328-based flight controllers to the most possible extend due to memory lack issues. sorry i took so long to get back... i built the pwm - ppm interface with another arduino nano, and got that running on a flysky 8 channel receiver works well too.... will eventually get some frsky stuff but fundsa re a bit limited at moment so making most of my stuff...

yeah the nano clone board... my mistake i dont have a lot of serial ports, just the one. I was thinking of my naze board. I am using the serial port for bluetooth, so will use gps on the i2c port with a serial to i2c adaptor board.. i dont really want waypoint just be good to have rth, and gps lock ...

Anyone know of the something similar to the wonderful LED controls that are in CleanFlight that will work with a standard MultiWii 2.5 board? i dont think the processor on a multiwii board you mentioned is fast enough to cope with controlling the quad and sending all the data to get led strips work...
