Through opentx I can use a second 2 pos switch to obtain 6 distinct throw values. However it broadcasts over channel 5 so mulitwii sees all 6 positions under the channel 5 slot. If I could separate 3 to channel 6 that would be nice.

I'm running a whitespy multiwii pro3 controlled by a turnigy 9xr(opentx installed) . I want to use my 3 position switch as a 6 position. Is there a way to force multiwii to see 6 positions from one switch.

I know this is a dead thread, but aim building a tricopter with the whitespy EZ pro3 board. I want to add LED's to the arms for orientation. I would rather them not be stuck on all the time but rather to switch on and off with the arm/disarm. Is there a way to do that without using up an aux channel?

Will the metal screws on my tricopter impede the magnometer? How well does the orx sbus work? What transmitter do you use?

Did you. Run all 4 power wires to the FC? You should only need a single power input from the esc. I believe you can fry the board by running all 3.

You deleted the line? I always thought you put 2 / in front of a line to deactivate it?

So if the setup in multiwii gives you a prop direction layout, you can ignore it? My board suggests all CCW or its either the front right or the tail be CW. I'm still gathering materials so I haven't built mine yet. Oming from the quad mindset so motor direction has been niggling the back of mind.

I stand corrected. There is a Flip with baro/mag. But no GPS hookup so a deal breaker.
