Ps. One of my motors finally gave up today before I had a chance to try autotune. Will switch it today and try the autotune tomorrow. Ill report back when it is done.

I used this tutorial and satellite data showed up in Cleanflight.

Re: Cleanflight aka Multiwii port to STM32 F10x and F30x

Im going to test autotune later today, Ill report my results here tonight. Anyways, on to my issue. I have my ublox lea-6h gps connected, but even though I think I have everything setup correctly in the cli, the gps still wont see any satellites. Any ideas on what may be wrong? I am running full na...

What's the status of autotune? Are folks successfully using it or is it still buggy?

I've got an issue with connecting using the GUI. When I click connect the GUI connects and everything is green, but all the options are off. I tried reversing the tx and rx, but that didn't fix anything. I had this issue once before and I had to burn the Arduino bootloader to the witespy board, rewr...

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD

Does the MWOSD firmware send data back to the a Naze32 via MSP? No, but you can do in reverse - read current on NAZE32 (spare ADC's) and send to minim. You will get better resolution this way and no need to send data back. Makes sense, but I cant find any tutorials to help me. I'm ok with soldering...

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD

Does the MWOSD firmware send data back to the a Naze32 via MSP? I'm specifically looking for current usage (current and mah used). I've setup the MWOSD (using the KV Team Witespy hardware) to read the current from an Attopilot current/voltage sensor. I've already got the pack voltage going into the ...

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD

For those with FRSKY PWM issues.... I purchased a FRSKY X8R to find out why the FASTPWMRSSI option was not working for you. I didn't put on a scope, but from the data read - its not a PWM signal coming out of the RX.... appears to be a regular pulse with a blip of data every second or so. This mean...

Re: Cleanflight aka Multiwii port to STM32 F10x and F30x

As far as I know there is no easy way to flash the Frsky D4FR. Those possible sync loss situations are rare (but can be always provoked in test environment), so why not fix it in software if it is possible and keep your hardware (and 50Hz) ? From my testing the fix works a 100% (aka always worked d...

Re: Cleanflight aka Multiwii port to STM32 F10x and F30x

I'm about to fly Cleanflight on my CC3D board - with WS2812 led's and updated PPM code: m ups, that explains some nasty situations i had when testing new functionality. up to now i didn't trust frsky to much ... as i run occasionally into problems. thanks for showing the problem! Just upgrade fw on...

The naze is a great piece of hardware but baseflight doesn't seem to be moving forward with new features and enhancements.

I wanted to get some testimonials for users of cleanflight and find out if you like it or not.

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD

@ shadowjig - thanks for testing It was worth a shot. Leave with me - I'll look into this next week as I now have a frsky tx I can test. The post you reference was for generating a PWM signal. Arduino micros or millis timer is indeed to slow to read as its something like 20,000 times faster than st...

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD

To connect, just need the RSSI signal pin on the frsky to rssi on the OSD Unfortunately I believe FrSky use non standard high frequency PWM RSSI on those rx which most OSD will not read. the next release has some code (untested) that I think will work. Options are to use analogue converter - or try...

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD

I attempted to setup PWM RSSI this evening using a KVOSD from witespy and the MWOSD firmware. I have a FrSky D4R-ii RX setup in CPPM mode so CH2 outputs PWM RSSI. How exactly am I supposed to connect the hardware? GND and +5 or GND and signal from the RX? And I'm assuming that the two connections on...

Re: Baseflight aka multiwii port to stm32

I'm confused on where to look for good documentation regarding the feature of baseflight. How do I setup POWERMETER? I have a current sensor, but there is no guidance as to where to plugin the output from the current sensor or how to configure the CLI options for current sensing. Can someone point m...
