Wont the multiwii win gui do it has a data logging function. You can also watch what your machine is doing live if it is connected to the gui as you are proposing. just type multiwiiwingui into a search engine and it will give you the link to the code on google.com as well as the setup requirements.

Which version of the multiwiconf are you clicking. I have a 64bit system but cant get the 64bit conf to run though it does show in task manager. Clicking on the 32bit and the conf works ok.

There have been a few Q's asked about this subject and as far as I know no-one has come up with an answer.

Sticks must be below to min command for them to arm, i.e if yaw reads 1000 in GUI and min command is 950 then yaw will not arm motors. Either raise min command or increase limit on sticks

Ha i2c that means I have sent you up the wrong path, I didnt realise you were using i2c. The info I gave is for serial GPS so it wont work for you, you need to search for the i2c stuff which is not easy as it is all mixed in with the serial stuff. May be easier to search for UBLOX than i2c at least ...

First you have calibrate the acc at least once then you can arm the motors and they will then respond to throttle. These answers are in the Software and FAQ's on the home page they are applicable to all Tx's. The reason you have to arm the motors and they have a min speed is for safety.

Chances are that you have i2c errors, it wont work until you have got rid of those, they can be caused by multitude of things but usually bad/wrong connections, its easy to get the sda scl lines crossed. It should not make a difference, if you calibrate your gyro on a 5deg slope you are telling it that the world tilts 5 deg, when you then put it on a level surface it will tell you that it is tilted 5deg in the opposite direction and will try to get back to what it thinks is level. You can trim that out by using the trim switches on the Tx but only in gyro mode, that is level mode not switched on.
