I have tried to power the sensors directly by 5V. But there is no change.

When I cut the I2C lines the data of sensors are always 0. With sensors connected the I2C Bus seams to freeze.

Sorry! The Sensors are powered by Pin 12

The hard reset does not change anything.

I am using internal Pullups. The Sensors are powered by "Pin 13". (Edit!)
