Have you tried disconnecting/disabling your MAG? I only ask because of this thread: http://www.multiwii.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4730

I was having similar problems, thought it was just bad motor angles. Will unplug the mag and see how that goes / report back

What tx are you using? I was able to mix my dx6i to use two of the two position switches as a single three position switch (effectively giving me an extra assignable switch position). Maybe the same is possible with yours?
