hey i am having the same problem as u but i have not been able to connect to the windows gui and cant see my bt mod on my iphone5. i have seen few vids for the rctimer bt modules all on youtube where did u get ur fc and waht type is it will see if i can help you find the way if you do not understand...

Ok thanks Jimbo found the new gui but It only works with multiwii 2.3 and for some reason I got get it to work like 2.2

My issue with 2.3 is that when I have armed it and push the throttle up it only activates mid throttle

I am using wingui but will look at mwii java gui as did not know it was around

Ok well I got it to connect to the laptop and paired but wen I go to connect gui to board in gui the gui freezes

Would still like to know about if there is Anyang in the Arduino script that needs changing specifically for this task
