Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread

kv2200, since baseflight FW is all but dead (and seems most have moved onto F3 and F4 boards now), come over to cleanflight, betaflight or iNav, they are all on RCgroups. Start from cleanflight. FYI, MSP is a simple multiwii serial protocol, mainly for USB to stm32. What i think your looking for in ...

Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread

Here is a quote from the world famous douchebag Timecop, over in a thread I am in, he still hasn't grown up, still acting like a 10yo, pathetic. "Wouldn't you like to hear something that would make me remarkably overjoyed? You being raped by a rusty axe. Every time I see a boy scout take a mons...

Dominic, you forgot there is zero trolls and zero mega-trolls (aka troll-cop's) around. It's much nicer now he is gone. :D KArma is a bitch, ROFL

Also the F1 target is surpassed by the better F3 target.

Re: Bricked my nano wii

I have moved on, a $12 CC3D Atom with STM32F1 (same a AtitudeCops FC but better, half the size and 1/3 the cost, spi sensors), with cleanflight (and all it's new features and boris's soft filters), by by attitude = done deal. And the rev6 is a bad joke.

Just for the record, I do not approve of the direction, file structure, or overall attitude of this particular fork, and specifically the waste of developer time that will ensue from this silliness. "overall Attitude", LMAO & ROTFLOL, I literally fell out of my chair, nothing has a la...

To get the best of this controller or the half price ($27) Flip32+ that I fly (m), try CleanFlight over BugFlight (or shovelflight as I call it, as your "so called warranty" is done (a quote from is web site, LOL "Note: Using this hardware with anything other than supplied "basef...

Re: Horizon mode transition needs an update with adj paramet

Update, the horrible mode was fixed by Nebbian, he took the RC911 KK2 mix-mode and replaced the horrible mode code, It's only in CleanFlight PID controller #2. Little late as I fly acro now, lol

Check out the Flip32+ FC board for $27 with all 4 sensors for half the price (mine works wonders using Cleanflight, stay away from BugFlight)

Re: baseflight configurator (win/linux/mac)

I like the Baseflight Configurator, thanks cTn! Two suggestions, Be able to save the PID and Receiver screens in 1 click to a .JPG file for sharing. GUI the CLI tab in a clean way by organizing the different sections (features, settings, etc) together and making simple check box's, number boxes, sim...

Look at APM 2.5 at witespy for $60 + $23 cn06 v2 GPS.
Have you seen Mission Planner, it is nice.
Look up a youtube video to see if it interests you, good luck with your project.

Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread

Hi, it seems like I am having a problem with my afromini 32. I've modded an frsky VD5M receiver to output ppm(put a diode on each channel and tie them together). I've connected this to the afromini and an logic analyzer. on the analyzer the channel 5 (from 5 channels) does change pulse width when I...

Re: baseflight configurator (win/linux/mac)

Thanks cTn for the GUI! When people post a screen shot of their PID's, the few crucial parameters are missing from the receiver page that tells a better picture of their settings. Missing from PID screen shot settings are; Thro Mid, Thro Expo, RC Rate, RC Expo (and their graphs) Several possibilitie...

Horizon mode transition needs an update with adj parameter

Coming from many quads with the KK2.0 v1.6++ with SL-Mix mode (from RC911 FW, similar to horizon mode, but adjustable transition between self level and acro modes), I have about 30 packs on my acro naze32 and still cant get it to fly the way I want it to, like KK2's smooth "transition" fro...

Bricked my nano wii

Before even getting to fly it, I bricked it, DOH! It had 2.1 on it, I set it up for a Tri, cppm and BT. Then I found out about horizon mode in 2.2, not offered in 2.1, a guy said he was using 2.2 on his nano wii. Well that was the last time I could talk to the board (I think it over wrote the boot l...
