Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD
Hello, might need a bit of help here. Managed to load MW OSD onto the hobbyking's minim' osd and connected it to naze32 baseflight. Uploaded fonts in GUI. Once I power it up, I get the screen displaying the correct voltage, on min time and DISARMED status. When I arm the copter, the props spin up, b...

Re: Cleanflight aka Multiwii port to STM32 F10x and F30x
Cleanflight looks very promising, will be testing it out shortly. A few questions meanwhile. I have a stock minimosd which runs @ 57600, in Harakiri set tele_prot = 3 brings the live to it. Any chance to do something similar in Cleanflight? Is the Gps code will stay similar to Baseflight, or will be...

Re: Harakiri aka multiwii port to stm32
Hiho. @rank that is possible but I guess you will have to change the mixer.c on the other hand you could use (or more precise: abuse) the gimbal functions for that.... like with multiwii... Or buy a receiver that puts out sumsignal and separated pwm channels simultaneously - that is future proof be...

Hey harakiri lovers! How hard/easy it would be to map an aux channel to one of the unused receiver pins?! Need it for my retractable landing gear.

EDIT: Concerning cutting traces look at the bottom of this page: m http://dev.ardupilot.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2013/06/apm2_mag_cut_2.jpg Been contemplating on putting an external mag for a while now, but every time I look at the mag chip on the rev5 board, I drop the idea. Trcipter servo jerks
Tried the Testcode 3, my tricopter seems to be nicely holding the gps position. The only problem I have, is the yaw servo spitting out some powerful jerks once in a while. This is with no mag activated. I tried very low pid settings for the yaw, but that didn't help. On baseflight, all silk smooth. ...

Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread
What 'other fucking pins'? There has been no pinout changes between any revision since r0 of years ago. If you're running latest firmware on both boards then the issue is elsewhere. I'd check for bridges on 2 8pin components near the RC inputs - but then again, neither of those are close to RC3/4, ...

Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread
Certainly not a problem with the Ublox. Now i put the older board on my tri, and it works fine. + and - are from the spare motor out pins, rx and tx connected as per manual. If I disconnect the receiver from the problematic board, the gps starts working normally. Obviously, some hardware problem on ...

Timecop, I understand this is the easiest suggestion for you. But.. I just again connected my old boar wire by wire, exactly the same way, and gps is solid, nothing is jumping. Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread
Ok, narrowed down the problem to the physical conflict of the gps and ppm inputs. When either of them is unplugged everything gets normal. Here's a vide of how the channels are jumping. Please somebody help!

Naze going wild when Gps attached.
Hi, just encountered a problem on my tricopter withthe new rev5 naze, as soon as I connect the Ublox 6M gps to naze (I have 2 different ones, and the problem is the same), all the channels start going wild, jumping up and down chaotically. Gps is recognized and seems to work though. I have set: feat...

Re: Naze32 hardware discussion thread
so for the telemetry you have exactly the same connection? I measured with a voltmeter, the receiver's Rx/Gnd and Naze's Tx/Gnd are displaying some micro voltage. So the connection is not broken. As for the settings, I tried it a few times over. Everything goes fine till the moment I enable those. H...

Also, I found this 2 particular settings, which hang my rev5.

set tri_unarmed_servo = 0
