So what is the way to get a pretty much useable setup? Startvalue for P? I and D to a minimum? Rising P till the Copter is beginning to oscillate. Decreasing P a bit. Then increase D till oscillation and a bit back. After that the same with I? That is something I can adjust when flying is possible. ...

Thank you! By setting the LPF it works alot better. I haven't tried the P and I settings yet, but the tail is much to sensitive and is waving from side to side. What is your suggestion, more gyrosmoothing or changes on PID-settings? What about the initial values of PID? Are thay more or less useable...
