OK but it should be armed for all flight conditions right? if its stick armed, it could potentially disarm in flight if the stick is moved accordingly.

The Arm function on Planes is mostly a protection against Stick Setup combos that are available When DisArmed. In next release i will add a function to Disable Disarming planes. Once armed it will remain armed as long as there is battery connected or Failsafe Disarm. But for now you must have ARM a...

If you want your plane to come back. Check boxes for. Angle + Gps Home . Stay "Hold" at location. Angle + Gps Hold . That's the only thing you need for navigating the plane. Mag & Baro will disturb navigation with GPS if you activate them. You can use Mag for non Gps flying. Not teste...

Whats the difference between acro and passthrough? Difference between Flight modes. Angle restrict the model Tilt angels to ~45 degrees and gives a real Trainer feeling. Horizon Gives you more freedom. Allows rolls and loops. But Auto recover if sticks is centered. Acro Full freedom for maneuvers. ...

@i3dm The plane should be mechanically correct trimmed for level flight. Exactly as a plane without stabilisation. Fly the plane in Passthru and trim it to fly level. You are limited to some pins in the current software, as you can only use pins that generate a interrupt. This is due a hardware limitation (not all pins generate a interrupt). Another way would be to use the ICPX pins (ICP1-ICP5 on Mega 2560). But you have to change the code / initialize the timer...

@i3dm Sorry i don't have any experience of Ublox. I only use NMEA Gps. Non of my patches should effect it. It just changes some calculations. thats interesting - as it works perfectly well with the I2C_GPS versions i have on my Quads. This is what i currently use (i chose V2 in the post) and works ...

i have conencted an EXTERNAL MPU6050 gyro/ACC sensor to my Multiwii V2.2 and i need to mount the gyro upside down, requiring reversing of some axis of gyro/ACC.

Ive tried different versions of MultiWii, different GUIs and what not, i still can not get the ITS3205 gyro to respond, only the ACC, baro and mag respond (correctly).

i think i may have a dead gyro - anyone else have some tips?

Hello guys, i have this board: m flashed Multiwii V2.2 with uncommenting CRIUS_SE board and everything works on the GUI (including ACC) besides the gyros - all 3 gyro axis are at constnt 0,0,0. it was the mag indeed. board was moved further away fron the wiring and RTH works better now.

One more thing need to be done is to cut Sj2 and Sj3 jumper pads. Can you please post some pics of the mod ? Here are my picture. You need to cut between mid pad and the right one on sj2 and sj3. Be very careful. And as JDD posted for other boards like from Hobbyking(not all in the program listing)...

since im using the I2C-GPS-NAV board, i dont need to change the voltage level right ? You have to change levels between GPS module (3.3V) and I2C-GPS-NAV board (5V), but then you connect I2C-GPS-NAV board to FC directly over 5V I2C. Roman are you sure about this? i see msot people are using the GPS...
