Re: TBS discovery - custom motor MIX
Ok, I flew it last weekend, but I'm afraid I can't tell you exactly how good it fly.. All I can say until now is that it does fly.. Maybe it's because I have to raise a lot my pid's but it seems to be pretty tail heavy.. doing a fast forward flight (flying only with gyro) it starts to "fall fro...

Re: TBS discovery - custom motor MIX
My.private.mixing has a howto description in the official wiki. The link may even be written in config.h. Read it it should answer your question how to use this. Idea is to not edit def.h ever. Define quadx or whatever suits your number motors and servos(ignore geometry aspects) - if none of the ex...

Re: TBS discovery - custom motor MIX
Hi everybody ! First of all, thanks a lot for all of you testing/supporting and helping us all with this great software! I have a TBS Discovery frame since a few days ago, tested it with default settings (Quadx defined, default PID's) and it flew pretty well but I've noticed some strange behavior a...

Re: Maiden Flight for a New Hexa
I don't know the answer to your question, but I can tell you that I also have to use high PID values with my heavy hexa (2.8kg.. I guess that's why), around P=12 I started to get a feedback, with less than that it was like trying to stabilize a sheet on the wind..

Re: 0.96" SSD1306 128X64 OLED Display Module
Wow, thanks a lot for all that clear information howardhb
I've only one more question...where to connect it to the Flyduino Mega ? (v2.1) as is i2c and not serial I don't know where to connect it, since it only has one i2c conector and is been used by the sensors..
Cheers,
aamorin

Hi everyone ! This is great! I was looking for some Multiwii LCD implementation to leave it on my hexa and this is the perfect solution! I have a two questions about it, as I don't have a deep knowledge of multiwii, what do I have to do to enable/use it ? I mean, where should I connect it to (Flydui...

Re: Wii-bar - MultiWii as Flybarless controller for CP helis
There's another thread about this where some more work has ben made. http://www.multiwii.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=611 It's possible to merge it with the aeroplane thread since its only a few #defines and the servomixer in output the thats different. http://www.multiwii.com/forum/viewtopic....

Re: Wii-bar - MultiWii as Flybarless controller for CP helis
Hi! What happened with this idea?? Perhaps there is already some very cheap flybarless controllers out there (~45 on HK) I think this is a great idea to be made; I'll love to help, perhaps I don't know pretty much about programming but I'm an IT guy, there might be something I can do.. Perhaps Alex ...

I just soldered again a cable from the WMP+, enabled pull ups by software (and hardware) as I said before, connected an esc (just to give 5v to the llc) and.. voila! it worked.. now I just have to wait u...

PatrikE, just to be completely sure.. besides enabling the internal, should I let the external (hardware, soldered pad's) pull ups enabled ? or they can't be both enabled ?

And if you have sensors who run on 3v3 The board might need external power to it. Yes, I thought about that too and have connected one ESC. There is a "correct" sequence to connect this power sources or any is correct ? (I mean if I should connect, for example, first the FTDI to pc usb, a...
