Hi Arakon,
good idea, but it needs some tweaking and every time at least one flash...
I will give it a try ^^
Best regards,

Re: 10Hz GPS thread
Yes that is true for 6m- I've read that in another thread.
But maybe ublox 8m or 6h can handle 10Hz.
So I seems that configuration in u-center is useless?

Re: 10Hz GPS thread
There are a lot of post which describe how to configure the GPS with u-blox center software (like rate 10Hz).
I think when using for examle ublox 6M this seems to overwritten:
In the source file GPS.cpp the configuration will be send in UBX protocol and rate is hardcoded 5Hz.
I'm wondering why?

Re: MultiWii OSD - MWOSD
Hi shikra, I've defined #define BAUDRATE 57600 in config.h (MW OSD), but when connecting via GUI_1.2 pre 2 I does not work - eg. settings could not be read/write.- I took a look into source(MW OSD GUI) and the baudrate is hardcoded to the 115200. I would be nice to fix this issue in the final 1.2 re...

You need to cross RX & TX I think.

multiwii max channels with arduino nano 328p
Hi,
I've got an Arduino Nano v3 w. mcu 328p plus a selfmade adapter pcb.
I'm using a frsky d8r-ii-plus rx and until now I've got six working channels.
Is it possible to use 2 more channels with arduino nano 328 or is at least a 32u4 / mega2560 needed ?
Thanks in advance,
kopinke

Re: Is it necessary to calibrate Simonk ESC? And if so, how?
Hi olfried,
take the props off and flash with ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY, after a few seconds the are calibrated.
Reflash without ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY and you're done.

Re: TinyGPS
Hi, Thanx for clarification @ Alex. BTW: At the moment it is the only solution to connect sonar to multiwii (as war as I know) therefore the code should not be dropped. I think there must be at least a dedicated topic where people could vote what should happen before dropping "wertarbyte" ...

Re: TinyGPS
Hi,
I've read the topic (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3989&start=20#p42062), but not fully understand.
Is TinyGPS buggy on the 328p boards because my homemade FlightControl is based on Arduino Nano and I've planned to extend the PCB with TinyGPS on 4313 with sonar and gps?
Thanks in advance

TinyGPS
Hi,
It seems that TinyGPS feature has been removed in 2.3 pre source code.
What is the cause for that decision - I could be enabled/disabled in code so I do not understand?
Please put it back!^^

Multiwii Schematic for 32U4 Copter
Hi, I've used an arduino nano v3 and soldered it with some other stuff (esc connectors, IMU,RX connector...) on a selfmade pcb and after some corrections my quadro copter lifts up!^^ Now I want to use a 32u4 breadboard to take advantage of finer resolutions in atmel chip and addtionally replace my s...

Re: FlightMode with 4 Channel TX
I've learned two things: -My lowcost receiver won't reproduce the midpoint (@1500) of the channels eg. roll stick position from left to middle 1492 and from right to middle 1506 in the multiwii GUI (->Drift). -The propellers 1045 were too big for 800g tow (lift up at 40% throttle), this week I teste...

Hi,
before flashing anything and dig into hardware:
please check your rc values in the multi wii gui and verify that there are at 1500 in the middle position otherwise it could lead also into drifts...

From Mode 1 to Mode 3 via exchanged cables on RX possible?
Hi, I've got a TX MLP4DSM (Mode 1)and Orange Rx620. Mode 1 works eg. I can arm / disarm and GUI reflects the change via ARM control UI element - green on / red off. In the source (MultiWii 2.2) I've only changed #define MINCHECK 1125 #define MAXCHECK 1875 because the potis don't deliver reproduceabl...

FlightMode with 4 Channel TX
Hi, I'm waiting for a new TX and in the meantime I'm using a low budget 4 ch controller (EFlite). In the GUI I did not change anything, Version is 2.2 - X Quad, 800g, 3S, 4xRobbe 2827-34, Props 10x45, Drotek 10DOG IMU Sensor Which flightmode is active and is it possibel to change with only four chan...
