Can you send me your settings? I have the same quad and software version, I have stability issues and maybe your settings will give me a hint to where to go with mine.

Yes and yes. Thanks for getting back to me. I played with it quite a while without props watching what the motor numbers are on the screen, seems to be right. It's very much like it is over correcting.

As I said there are two of us with identical issues using the setting copied from another person that may not have the identical board as we have though it is Wii 2.2. How do you select the right board? This could very well be the problem. We did do the calibration(level) and the compass(three axis)...
