Re: MultiWii Pro Arming Issue
Yup, config.h has four options that affects the throttle channel and the ESC must be callibrated to those values. You should activate ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY and upload it to you FC, REMOVE THE PROPS, power everything from the main battery and wait one minute or so. Then disable ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY an...

OK now I was able to see it and it seems a rather valid config for the board.
When you say "ESC calibrated" did you use the ESC_CALIB_CANNOT_FLY config.h option ?

Please double check again as it seems a default config.. there is no "The type of multicopter" option selected nor "Combined IMU Boards". I have the same board as you do, you need to uncomment the FFIMUv2 line.
Before going further please post the correct config.h.

1) The config.h you have uploaded is stock, did you uploaded the correct one ?
2) When moving the FC around you see the GUI updating ? Like the virtual horizon for instance.
3) Which board do you have ? Could you please post the motor connections.

Maybe it's the internet but the general tone of your post put that idea on the back of my mind. Actually it's more simple to explain that you thought: if you're within range of the telemetry link, if the telemetry is connected to the main power, if the last GPS coords were invalid on ground station,...

How about when the option is active if you do try to arm the first time without 3DF it will refuse but if you try to arm it again it will engage ? Like a override. Having a 3DF when arming is getting more important has the fw evolves into GPS based navigation and RTH failsafe. People may not have go...

Hello Alex I was out for some time. It started because I found very easy to arm the FC with the TX on my neck (DX8 is not a well balanced radio when sitting on it's neck strap). I've taken your feedback and actually moved the go_disarm() prototype into a #ifdef clause inside Multiwii.cpp. I also removed the the undefs, two stick arming can coexist with any other arming method, so it no longer is called SAFER_ARM_DISARM_VIA_TX but instead ALLOW_TWO_STICK_ARM_DISARM. We can't release 2.3 because we're not not the core team.
We can't add features (I'm sorry posting stuff to a forum is not code control)
We can't edit the wiki because it's read only mode.
So.. what can we do ?

The latest thread was the one discussing why development stopped (I'm on tapatalk not easy copy/paste links to threads). But in a nutshell flip the switch and mw should stick at that point within a minimal error margin, this is a must have for a proper video platform.

And once again *all personal GPS devices* suffers from induced error, if APM and dji can overcome it I don't see a reason why we can't, it's not hardware fault nor will it improve in the future.
