What do you mean "not working"? It's working in both cases. No, windows ALT and debug1 should be nearly the same. Quad is in this case almost unmanageable. Both are in the same place, so the ALT should be approximately the same. I can not speak English well, so I can better explain. Stanley

I added an external pullups 2k2. WMP and BMA020 are supplied directly from 5V.
In v1.8p2: WMP and BMA020 work, errors are about 600 in 5 minutes.
In v1.9.: Both work debug2 = 0 for 5 minutes.

When I powered WMP and BMA020 of 5V, it is the same. V1.9 many errors, status led permanently lights, WMP not works. V1.8p2 errors steps by 6, status led no lights, alarm sometimes flash, WMP and BMA020 works.
Pullups are not so easy to connect to the finished shield.

I have Arduino Pro Mini 5V. Accurate Wiring is on previous page (in pic named Wii03.ch). My DIY board have two connectors for I2C device: one powered from D12 over diode (as recommended in the early) a another powered 3.3V.

@Stalk, unsolder the SDA and SCL wires from the BMA020 board. In the V1.8p2 and V1.9 sketches, disable the BMA020, enable the internal pullups, and select 100KHz speed. I suggest that both users install V1.8p2 with the I2C R/W test code patch discussed elsewhere in this forum. If there are no I2C errors with that test then we can be assured that the sensors and I2C buss are fine and that problem with V1.9 is only in the new code. If the V1.8p2 I2C chirp test fails...

I found that when commenting BMA020, WMP will work and i2c_errors_count = 0
When he Uncomment i2c_errors_count WMP does not work and continuously increasing.
Apparently there is a collision WMP and BMA020 on the bus. What to do?

In your new V1.9 release the debug2 window now shows the I2C error count. You haven't said if yours has any errors being reported. What number do you see?

The number is constantly and rapidly increasing with WMP. With ITG3200 is 0.

Hi all,
In version 1.9 I have no response from WMP (original) in the GUI. BMA020 shows movement. With ITG3200 BMA020 the response from both.
In previous versions, everything was OK.

Hi,
I tried to fly with the ECC with the firmware from this forum. After about 8 flys one burnt ESC.
There was talk here about the removing three capacitors. What are they please? I have Mystery20A/HK Blue 20A and HK Blue 12A (see pictures).

Hi,

I reprogrammed the ESC HK Blueseries four and three 20A Mystery 20A firmware from this topic. One piece Mystery 20A does not work with this firmware (see my posts above). When the ESC is still working normally with the original firmware.
Can you deal with someone?

I tried ESC HobbyKing BlueSeries 20A and ... functions. ESC HK has Atmega8A, while Mystery Atmega8.
I do not know the difference. I can not generate a hex for ATmega8A. Would you assist me please?

I reflashing alternative firmware to ESC Mystery 20A. I modified the MWC by ziss_dm. I have connected the engine Keda 20-50. The engine does not start. Only slowly rotate jerky.

Correction:
The motor will beep four times. They try to spin, but not spin. Only turning jerkily.

We figured it out. The Mega Seeduino it is:
Reset - 53
MOSI - 51
MISO - 50
SCK - 52
Everything went as it should :lol: , but the ESC will beep three times and just enough. Arduino Pro Mini MWC him start. :roll: :cry:

I use Mega Seeduino v1.22 as a programmer. ISP pins are 10,11,12,13 or 50,51,52,53? Here I could be wrong.

This initialization code I use, but is very nervous tricopter compared to WPM.

ITG3200 is better than WMP?

My tricopter and quadrocopter fly very well with the WMP and BMA020 with software version 1_7. :D
But ITG3200 and BMA020 are turbulent, does not help tuning PID. I tried 1_7, dev0529 and dev0607.
I've spent with it for several weeks without result. :cry:
You advise someone what is wrong?
