Fly tested the new option "ALTITUDE_RESET_ON_ARM" as suggested by Leo few posts above, all run well.
I've done Horizon, Alt-Hold, RTH and a 4 point missions with a Auto-Landing.

For me, only one POI at the beginning of waypoints not worked, or better to say, worked, but I found that the copter was to slow to keep the Poi direction and so do not keep the nose very well. today I can't try again due a strong wind. I will try again in few days.

So we can reset the altitude at every take off avoiding to disconnect the battery for resetting it.

I usually LAND from POSHOLD, and put the throttle down as MW-nav is controlling it. It seems (or may be it's my imagination) to power off quicker that way.
