Are there any documentation or links for the assembly and hook up of the Warthox and/or Paris boards ?

I've acquired two Nunchuk's for use on a Warthox board.

The one on the left looks like the one in the how-to video. The other is different and says 088-NUN001-00.
Are both useable ?

I'm just getting interested in multicopters and I do have a very basic question.

Do the Warthox and/or Paris units act as flight control boards or is another board needed, such as the KK Multicopter ?
