Re: Forum Update

Thank you for your input Alex.... I do community based websites so I know how much work it can be...I also have a lot of subscriptions of web based software companies, ie, Community Builder, CBSubs, RocketThemes and a bunch more. I would love to have a site with as many members as you have in my por...

Re: Forum Update

The nerve of some under 10 post posters. Last week it was ‘let’s move the software depository’ now this. You come into Alex’s house (this forum) eat at his table (download free software) and then ask him to move because you don’t like the house he built. Wow. I wonder what the real problem is, won’...

Re: Quadrotor Project - Possible FPV and Image Tracking Solu

Wifi generally has 1-2 sec. Delay on video...works fine and un noticiable watching a video file. but live video is a problem. All you have to use your gopro3 and their wifi app, you can easily see the delay. Generally speaking, I am no expert, but I dont think your gonna come close to what you want ...

Re: Forum Update

I too have thought that the forums really needs a facelift. Multiwii has grown into a serious community and the website should be a little more community based (IMHO) Something like Joomla With Community Builder, Users could have powerful profiles to upload photos and videos, or even a blog on their...

Re: Direct Frsky telemtry data from MW FC

Awesome and thank you. No problem, also ment to note that it is 2-way communication, so you can program with Arduino or multwii config as well. Sometimes I use the kit just to hook up and benchtest everything without having a cable going to my pc, makes calibration test and checking my power system...

Re: Direct Frsky telemtry data from MW FC

Yes on a serial port. Here is the kit I have: http://rctimer.com/index.php?gOo=goods_details.dwt&goodsid=834&productname= They also have a 915mhz kit. Naturally this would done with Multiwii Confic, or Multiwii WinGUI on a PC, however it should be hard to adapt and program these to work toge...

Re: Direct Frsky telemtry data from MW FC

Thank you larsm for the write up, it was a little hard for me to follow but the 2nd or 3rd time I read it I got it worked out. Here is my setup: I got two mini rs232 to ttl adapters off ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/251103811631?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 one used to hooku...

Re: MultiWii EZ-GUI

I hooked up a bluetooth module to my FrSky RTX, and hooked the RX to my Flyduino Mega, used rs232 to TTL adapters on both ends. It connects and reads great. But I have one issue. The longitude is coming across as a positive value and where I am its a negative value...So It shows Im on the east coast...

Re: SW Development on Minim Osd

Hi, 1-in Multiwii software you don´t need to do anything unless you want to see amperage consumed; 2-you can not use Arducam config software; 3-Everything you need, according your needs and MWC config (sensors, etc) are on config.h. Folow the instructions/comment or uncomment; 4-Nice build and diar...

Just waiting on the minimOSD clone from HobbyKing to show up. Im still a little lost on what will I need to do in multwii software to make it work? Can you...

Re: Direct Frsky telemtry data from MW FC

Hi guys, I'm a dev on Arducopter. Do you mind if I use this code? Who do I credit? It looks like this has been a serious group effort with a few key producers. I would say the best bet is to link to this forum run. ie. Code credit to those contributors here : "Link to forum" Just an idea,...

Re: PPM SUM RX with Arduino Mega / Flyduino [pin change]

Thanks, i have seen it on the schematic, i thought it is only for the Spektrum that works serial or something like this. Working perfect with a standard ppm receiver. Just connect the PPM signal to RX on Serial 1 Actually now in the Dev build you can use the throttle channel or A8 with PPM, Check o...

Re: AW: Turnigy 9X RF Module

I wouldn't recommend it since you've only seven useful channels (6 with cppm - one wire to fc) Actually there is a firmwire update which corrects this issue and is designed for use with multi copters, it is availiable on frsky website...and in many forums, I think I guy on DiyDrones helped/or devel...
