Does the MWOSD firmware send data back to the a Naze32 via MSP? No, but you can do in reverse - read current on NAZE32 (spare ADC's) and send to minim. You will get better resolution this way and no need to send data back. When I connect the CAMERA to the FAT SHARK TX, through the MAVLink OSD V2.0 ...

if I remember well, somewhere in this forum I read troubles about I2C GPS, the arrow was reversed of 180°, or speed not correctly calculated, but if the data on MWii GUI are all correct, also OSD must run OK as the OSD "print" the received data on screen. I do not use i2c GPS, i use Ublox...

How much they're changing:
accelerometers numbers keep changing like crazy

If it's in -5...5 range on desk - it's OK, but if they're changing -200...200 - it's not good.
Also, any aditional filters? Do you see i2c errors on MultiWiiConf?

I have old minim (marked 0.1), probably from GLB (still with linear reg). Soldered both bridges (on top and bottom), flashed arduino bootloader (with usbasp), flashed minimOSD FW, connected with arducam control software - it updated charmap, i could change settings, looks OK. Then flashed (via FTDI)...

What GPS is best for the Naze32 . A working one. Not-working GPS isn't so good for NAZE32... Will the Ublox cn06 m work? Yes.
