Download the code from here https://code.google.com/p/multiwii/downloads/detail?name=MultiWii_2_2.zip&can=2&q= and then edit the config.h to match your board and try with that.

Go into the Windows device manager an check what port you are running on, it can sometimes change when plugged into another USB port.

I see the BMA180 has can generate interrupts for High G and also free fall after a time threshold, you want to get the values correct so they did not false trigger

I would expect a large spike on impact but if the polling of the accelerometer only gives the value at that instant, impact between polls may miss this spike. I have not looked at the functionality of the various accel hardware but some may have an option to read the highest value since last poll, j...

BMP085 Accuracy

I noticed the the GUI when connected to the Mutliwii board that the Altitude shown while sitting on the bench (no motors running) varies between -6.2 and -7.2, is this a result of the accuracy of the sensor or a problem with the sensor? I have no others to compare this too to know if this is normal ...
