Yes, I have also rc_motor = 1 enabled and it is just fine. Sorry I am an old man with some Alzheimer and you are certainly right

Simply because it didn't work as well as hoped. I never really got the default pids tuned right and timecop didn't like the float pid factors, because they don't blend in nicely with the 8-bit defaults. GPS not detected = user is dumb and did something wrong. New GPS code will always autoconfigure and setup GPS as specified, even if its connected after board reset or disconnected/reconnected. I assume I am dumb , and I test the Flight ability of " Afro32 CLI version 2.2 Nov 26 2013 / 11:53:50...

RTH on Naze32 rev4 and SG2.6 works fine ( just a little issue with nav_rtl_lastturn =1 ) .
I have no rev5 bord to test this . If you make the test wait to have 7 sats to arm the Quad , to set a good RTH Position ! ;)

So.. this weekend I tried running my testQuad with Summergames 2.5 What I found out , is that I really had to bump up the PI's of the Position hold, whereas on SG2.6, the default values were fine. And with current position gains of P: 0.82, and I = 1.8 I am still nowhere near good reliable position...
