Help me please, how it can be possible to reflesh AXN firmware?

I see that my gps have axn 2.11 firmware and i try to flash the axn 1.51 but now dont works anythings even if the flash is successful!

Please help me.

I tried with flash tool 1.0.0 but dont save me :(

For neo360, toggle your nema database to 0 (WGS1984 "international") and mayme your gps is in 5hz So parser lag and give bad coordonates I put a post in drotek forum about tunning the GPS of drotek. If you don't understand french, I can translate for you. when i put nema database to 0? pl...

I try with my PNP transistor but dont flash always on.

Wiring:

Emiter to +BATT, Base via 2,2k resistor to port B4, Collector to LED+ and LED- to ground.
