Are you sure you have the correct GUI version. The GUI has to match the sketch version. Not being able to WRITE is one of the issues you will see with a version mismatch

IF you are switching cell counts all the time, why not just monitor cell1 via the balance ports on whatever lipo you use, then your alarms are based on the same voltage all the time, and you get used to looking for the same voltages no matter pack size I know heli guys who do this between various ai...

I posted about this earlier this year
It doesn't matter if MAG is selected to not, the yaw hunts as it it is trying to maintain a fixed heading.
In fast forward flight you don't notice the issue, but any kind of hover, or trying to yaw in slow flight, the board seems to fight you

The ten seconds is the delay until the mag_cal starts, you then have 30 seconds to do the mag_cal

Use a 12V reg off the 4S lipo to power all your video stuff, thats what I do
It will be an earthing issue, you can leave the GND solder bridge on the OSD board linked, that may help

A question on the next version
Currently in r370, the flight mode indicator doesn't differentiate between ANGLE and HORIZON, it shows both as ACC
Will the next version be able to display them as different modes, EzyGUI can do so, so I am guessing its in the MSP somewhere

Just found a problem with r370 that may not be apparent to some users
If you set for displayGSP coords and you have a 3 digit longitude then the OSD will lock up as soon as you get a sat lock

I can get the cyclic servos to work fine with V2.2
Its the latest version of V2.3 I can't get to work. No matter what I try the Nick servo just stays at minimum. The GUI does show the output changing

I also tried servo[1] = servo[3]; with the nick servo into A1 and got the same result
I also tried PASSTHRU and the nick servo just stays at its low point and doesn't move no matter what I do with the radio sticks
